Home remedies effectiveness: the question
Home remedies have existed for centuries. They replaced modern medicine and the lack of doctors. In addition, these remedies were easily available and freely used. This is because they contain natural ingredients and rarely have side effects. Some of the reasons why people reach for home remedies are to manage cold symptoms and to deal with health problems. This is especially the case for people who have no access to modern medication.
